Living in Hawaii, we’re fortunate to have nice, temperate weather all year long. However, as you know, the weather can vary substantially from the windward side to the leeward side. In some cases, your location and prevailing weather may play a role in the type of roof covering you choose.

 

Roofing is not immune to technological advances. Asphalt shingles that once had warranties of 10-15 years new often come with lifetime warranties. Reflective granules and surfaces are now available and can often lead to cooler homes.

 

With so many choices, it can be difficult to feel confident when making decisions regarding your roof and your home. We aim to educate. We aim to help you gain confidence. We aim to provide useful information on all aspects of the roofing industry. We aim to do it based on local experiences.
